Nitin Gadkari Announces Development of 25 KM Highway in Nagaland to Boost Connectivity

Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways, Shri Nitin Gadkari, recently made an announcement regarding the development of a new highway in Nagaland. In a series of tweets, the Minister revealed that the government is currently undertaking the construction of a 25-kilometer, 2-lane highway with hard shoulders. This highway will span from Chakabama to Zunheboto and is part of Package-3.

The primary objective of this project is to enhance connectivity with neighboring states in the northeast region. By establishing an efficient, sustainable, and economical transportation network, the government aims to provide convenient commuting options for all residents.
