In a significant development for Arunachal Pradesh politics, Chief Minister Pema Khandu extended a warm welcome to Shri Pemtan Monpa Ji, a former Arunachal Pradesh Civil Service Officer, as he joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Arunachal Pradesh family. Khandu lauded Monpa’s decision to retire from his government job voluntarily, emphasizing his dedication to the welfare of the state and the nation.
Expressing his delight at Monpa’s decision, Chief Minister Pema Khandu stated, “Happy to welcome Shri Pemtan Monpa Ji to the BJP Arunachal family.” He commended Monpa’s commitment to the vision of ‘Viksit Arunachal’ (Developed Arunachal) and ‘Viksit Bharat’ (Developed India), noting that his voluntary retirement underscores a deep-seated dedication to serving the people and contributing to the progress of Arunachal Pradesh and the nation as a whole.
The Chief Minister further emphasized the significance of Monpa’s decision, highlighting it as a testament to the values of selflessness and public service. He remarked, “His decision to voluntarily retire from his government job to serve the people of Arunachal Pradesh and the nation exemplifies his commitment to the goal of Viksit Arunachal and Viksit Bharat.”
