About YS Jagan Mohan:-
Yeduguri Sandinti Jagan Mohan Reddy (born 21 December 1972) known as Y.S. Jagan or also known mononymously as Jagan, is an Indian entrepreneur and politician serving as the 17th and current Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh since 30 May 2019.
Jagan Mohan Reddy started his political career in the Indian National Congress and was elected as the Member of Parliament from Cuddapah in 2009.
After the death of his father due to a helicopter crash in 2009, he started the Odarpu Yatra (a consolation tour) across the state.
He then eventually walked out of the Congress party and founded his own party, the YSR Congress Party, which also corresponds to his father’s abbreviated name YSR.
