Rajeev Chandrasekhar Distributes 225 Appointment Letters to Young Indians in Vizag

On a momentous occasion in Vizag today, Union Minister Rajeev Chandrasekhar handed out 225 appointment letters to young Indians embarking on their careers in Government service. These appointees, welcomed into various Government departments including the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, the Ministry of Defence, and the Department of Atomic Energy, were joined by their families and prominent citizens from the city.

The event unfolded amidst the backdrop of Hon’ble PM Narendra Modi’s virtual address, where he distributed 1 lakh appointment letters to young Indians across the country. Minister Rajeev Chandrasekhar seized the opportunity to emphasize the transformative shift in governance and political culture in India since 2014, opening up new vistas of opportunity for the youth.

Addressing the gathering, Minister Chandrasekhar congratulated the appointees on their decision to serve the nation during what he described as the most exciting time in independent India’s history. He highlighted the shift towards a culture of performance and good governance within the Government, stressing that serving in the Government is about dedication, service, and improving lives, rather than mere power or authority.

“Reflecting on the historical asymmetry and imbalance in governance before 2014, Minister Chandrasekhar noted the lack of opportunities for young Indians and emphasized the abundant opportunities available today in various sectors”.

Expressing their gratitude to PM Narendra Modi for expanding opportunities, the young Indians present pledged to diligently serve as members of the Narendra Modi Government, aiming to bring pride to the nation and contribute to its ascent as the world’s third-largest economy. They expressed confidence in PM Modi’s leadership in his third term as the “Pradhan Sevak,” believing in his vision to continue transforming lives and propelling the nation forward.
