On the 10th of January CM Yogi extended hearty congratulations and best wishes to all the people of the State on the occasion of ‘World Hindi Day’. Hindi is not just a medium of speech, but it is a sacred language bridge connecting the whole of India. It threads India in unity. He said Come, let’s resolve to use the Hindi language in daily life.
Know About “World Hindi Day”:-
World Hindi Day (विश्व हिंदी दिवस) is celebrated on 10 January every year. Its objective is to create awareness for the promotion of Hindi in the world and to present Hindi as an international language. Indian embassies abroad celebrate this day especially. Lectures are organized in Hindi on various topics in all government offices.
World Hindi Conferences were started with the objective of developing and promoting Hindi in the world and the first World Hindi Conference was organized in Nagpur on 10 January 1974, since then this day is celebrated as ‘World Hindi Day’.
The purpose of World Hindi Day is to create awareness for the promotion of Hindi in the world, to create affection for Hindi, to create awareness for the condition of Hindi and to present Hindi as a world language.
