Lucknow witnessed a significant celebration on ‘Farmers’ Day’ as Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath distributed tractors to 51 Annadata farmers under the Chief Minister Krishak Uphaar Yojana. This initiative, aimed at supporting and empowering farmers, aligns with the vision of ensuring the welfare and progress of those who toil on the land.
Honoring Agricultural Contributions
On the birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Chaudhary Charan Singh, known as the champion of farmers’ rights, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath took the opportunity to honor the agricultural community. In a ceremony filled with gratitude and recognition, farmers, agricultural entrepreneurs, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), and agricultural scientists were acknowledged through awards at the development block, district, and state levels.
