Uttar Pradesh: The Gorakhpur Link Expressway is on track to become Uttar Pradesh’s premier infrastructure project to be inaugurated following the Lok Sabha elections. With just 4% of the work remaining, the expressway is poised for completion by the end of June.
Significant progress has been made, with 337 out of 341 structures already constructed. Moreover, the main carriageway has achieved 98% completion of the DBM (Dry Lean Concrete) layering, indicating substantial advancement in the project’s development.
As the state gears up for the inauguration of this vital transportation artery, the Gorakhpur Link Expressway stands as a testament to Uttar Pradesh’s commitment to enhancing connectivity and infrastructure development.
