Punjab: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann took to social media to share the joyous news of the newest addition to his family—a baby girl. Expressing gratitude for the blessing, CM Bhagwant Mann updated followers on the well-being of both mother and child, accompanying his announcement with a heartwarming photo of his daughter.
The joyous occasion was met with warm wishes from fellow Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Arvind Kejriwal, despite Kejriwal’s legal troubles. Amid his ongoing Enforcement Directorate (ED) custody, Kejriwal extended congratulations to Mann, exemplifying camaraderie amidst adversity.
AAP MP Raghav Chadha echoed the sentiment, commending Kejriwal’s gesture as a testament to his leadership and brotherhood. Chadha lauded Kejriwal’s priorities, highlighting his decision to congratulate Mann amidst challenging circumstances.
Meanwhile, Kejriwal’s legal battle continued, with a Delhi court extending his ED custody till April 1. During proceedings, Kejriwal questioned the grounds for his arrest, emphasizing the limited evidence provided by the ED. Despite the extension, Kejriwal’s legal team faces criticism for alleged lack of cooperation with the investigation.
As Mann embraces fatherhood once again, his daughter’s arrival brings moments of joy amidst the political landscape’s uncertainty. The exchange of congratulations among AAP leaders serves as a reminder of solidarity and support within the party, even in the face of legal challenges.
