Tragic Bus Accident in Guna Claims 13 Lives: Fmr CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan Expresses Grief

Bus Accident: A tragic bus accident in Guna, Madhya Pradesh, has left at least 13 people dead and 17 others injured in the early hours of Thursday. Former Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and current Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan expressed profound grief over the untimely demise of passengers.

Former CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan stated, “The news of the untimely demise of passengers due to a massive fire in the bus going from Guna to Aaron is heart-wrenching. In this hour of grief, our sympathies are with the bereaved families.”

Current CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan added, “I pray to Almighty God to grant peace to the departed souls at His feet and strength to the family members to bear this thunderbolt and speedy recovery of the injured.”

The accident occurred when a passenger bus collided with a dumper on the Guna-Aaron road, resulting in a fire that claimed lives and left several injured. As of now, 17 individuals are undergoing treatment at the district hospital, and they are reported to be out of danger.

“The bodies, charred beyond recognition in the fire, will undergo a DNA test for identification. Authorities have removed all bodies from the accident spot, and a detailed examination is underway to determine the cause of the devastating accident”.

The community is in mourning as prayers and thoughts go out to the departed souls, wishing strength and solace to the grieving families. The incident serves as a reminder of the importance of road safety and the need for thorough investigations to prevent such tragic events in the future.
