Rajnath Singh expressed grave concern over the incident in Manipur, emphasizing its seriousness. He stated that even the Prime Minister himself acknowledged that the incident has brought shame to the entire nation. The Prime Minister also stressed the need for taking the strictest action in response to the events that occurred in Manipur.
Rajnath Singh reiterated his call for the incident to be discussed in the Parliament. He previously raised this issue in the All Party Meeting and wanted to reiterate the importance of discussing it in the House.
However, Rajnath Singh also accused certain political parties of trying to obstruct the discussion on the Manipur incident. He alleged that these opposition parties do not seem as earnest in addressing the issue as they should be.
In summary, Rajnath Singh is urging for a serious and thorough discussion in Parliament regarding the incident in Manipur, while also expressing his disappointment with some opposition parties’ apparent reluctance to engage in such a discussion.
