India has vaccinated a total of 220.1 million people so far under its nationwide vaccination drive, with 95.13 million people receiving their second dose and 22.41 million people receiving their first dose as a precautionary measure.
In the last 24 hours, 6,675 doses have been administered, bringing the total number of doses administered to date to 4,41,45,445.
The country’s active caseload currently stands at 2,670, or 0.01% of the total number of cases. The recovery rate currently stands at 98.8%.
In the last 24 hours, 207 people have recovered from the virus, bringing the total number of recoveries to 4,41,45,445. However, 173 new cases have been recorded in the last 24 hours.
The daily positivity rate stands at 0.19%, while the weekly positivity rate stands at 0.14%.
