Covid 19: With over 220 crore vaccine doses administered so far, India’s nationwide vaccination drive is well underway. In the last 24 hours alone, 81,097 doses have been administered.
The country’s active caseload stands at 3,609, which is just 0.01% of the total number of cases. With a recovery rate of 98.8%, the number of recoveries in the last 24 hours has gone up to 185, taking the total number of recoveries to 4,41,43,850.
However, 243 new cases have been recorded in the last 24 hours, taking the daily positivity rate to 0.11%. The weekly positivity rate stands at 0.16%.
