Chief Minister of West Bengal, Mamata Banerjee, has expressed profound sorrow upon learning about the unexpected demise of Mou Raychaudhuri, a distinguished entrepreneur and cultural activist in Bengal.
“Shocked to receive the news of the most untimely demise of Mou Raychaudhuri, a leading entrepreneur and cultural activist of Bengal today,” CM Banerjee remarked.
Raychaudhuri, serving as the co-chairperson of the Techno India group and an editor at the Aajkaal group of publications, played a pivotal role in various educational and journalistic endeavors. Her sudden departure leaves a significant void in these spheres.
CM Banerjee conveyed her heartfelt condolences to Mou Raychaudhuri’s husband, Satyam, her son, Debdut, and the entire family, as well as to the entire group that she led with commendable skill.
As Bengal mourns the loss of this visionary leader, her contributions to the realms of entrepreneurship, culture, education, and journalism will be remembered with deep respect and admiration. CM Banerjee’s sentiments echo the sentiments of the entire community as they bid farewell to a beloved figure.
