This barrier has been installed on the Vani-Warora Highway, which is a busy route in the western state of Maharashtra. The bamboo crash barrier was created as a safer and more eco-friendly alternative to traditional steel barriers, which can be expensive, heavy, and difficult to maintain.
The bamboo crash barrier is made of high-quality bamboo poles that are held together with specially designed clamps and bolts.
