The 15th season of “Kaun Banega Crorepati” has once again resonated with viewers, as the iconic host Amitabh Bachchan continues to captivate the audience with his exceptional hosting skills. In a recent episode, Jaskaran Singh, hailing from Punjab, emerged as the first crorepati of the season. His journey on the show has been nothing short of emotional and inspiring.
From a Small Village to KBC’s Hot Seat
Jaskaran Singh shared his extraordinary story on the hot seat, and his words left not only Amitabh Bachchan but also the entire audience deeply moved. Hailing from a small village in Punjab, Jaskaran faced limited educational opportunities. To pursue his dream of cracking the UPSC exams, he embarked on a challenging journey. He revealed that he would travel an astonishing 50 kilometers daily to reach the nearest library for his studies.
Tears, Triumph, and Dreams
In the Latest episode, As Jaskaran narrated his struggles, he couldn’t hold back tears, reflecting on the immense dedication and hard work he had poured into his pursuit of knowledge. He opened up about the harsh reality of living in a village near the Pakistan border, where educational facilities were scarce.
Amitabh Bachchan, known for his compassionate approach, asked Jaskaran about his background and aspirations. Jaskaran shared that he is currently in his third year of BSC and is diligently preparing for civil services exams. The audience was moved when Amitabh Bachchan showcased a video clip of Jaskaran’s family, capturing their heartfelt emotions.
Jaskaran’s determination shines through as he explains, “I travel 50 kilometers daily for studies. My dreams are very big, which is why I never allow fatigue to hinder my journey. I’m constantly seeking knowledge. Whenever you ask a Wildquestion worth Rs 25 lakh or more, it feels like you’re asking me that question.”
