As a leader, your role should be to guide your team to success, not to rule over them. By establishing trust and rapport, and by providing clear direction and support, you can create an environment in which your team can flourish. Remember, a leader is only as good as their team. So, focus on empowering your team and building them up, and you will be successful.
A leader’s primary purpose should be to guide their team or followers, not to rule over them. This means that a leader should be focused on helping their team or followers reach their goals, not on exerting their power over them.
A leader who is more focused on ruling will often find themselves faced with resistance from their team or followers, which can lead to conflict and frustration.
On the other hand, a leader who is more focused on guiding will often find their team or followers to be more cooperative and willing to work together. So, if you want to be a successful leader, remember to focus on guiding, not ruling.
Leaders should guide their followers, not rule them. Leaders should guide their followers, but they should also be willing to rule them when necessary. For example, a leader in a company should be willing to make decisions that may not be popular, but are in the best interest of the company. A good leader understands the importance of making tough decisions, even if it means that they will not be popular with their followers.
