Estimated reading time: 4 minutes

In a virtual interaction, PM Modi engaged with beneficiaries of the ongoing Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra, a nationwide initiative dedicated to achieving the saturation of government flagship schemes. The Yatra focuses on ensuring that the benefits of these programs reach all targeted beneficiaries promptly.

“Addressing the gathering, Prime Minister Modi expressed his delight at the remarkable enthusiasm observed during the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra, particularly noting the impactful presence of the ‘Modi Ki Guarantee’ vehicle in every village. The interaction included insights from over 1.5 lakh beneficiaries who shared their experiences during this transformative journey”.

PM Modi highlighted the diverse array of benefits that citizens across the country have availed themselves of, ranging from permanent housing, water connections, toilets, free treatment, and ration to gas and electricity connections. The ‘Modi Ki Guarantee’ has played a pivotal role in ensuring that crores of families in villages receive government scheme benefits without the need for repeated visits to government offices.

The Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra has become a crucial medium for connecting with individuals who were previously not part of government schemes. The Yatra has reached over 40 thousand village panchayats and numerous cities in less than a month, engaging with more than 1.25 crore people through the ‘Modi Ki Guarantee’ vehicle.

“Prime Minister Modi acknowledged the proactive involvement of various communities and individuals in welcoming the Yatra. Activities such as cleanliness drives, awareness campaigns, cultural programs, and traditional tribal dances have become integral parts of the Yatra’s reception in different regions”.

PM Modi emphasized the government’s commitment to ensuring that every person in a village connects with the ‘Modi Ki Guarantee’ vehicle. This commitment reflects in the significant impact of the government’s efforts, as evidenced by new beneficiaries applying for gas connections, on-the-spot distribution of Ayushman cards, health check-ups, and increased participation in government initiatives.

“Addressing the citizens, PM Modi reiterated the unique bond established between the central government and the people of the country. He emphasized that every individual, especially those who were historically marginalized, is a VIP (Very Important Person) to him”.

Reflecting on the recently concluded Assembly Elections, the Prime Minister stated that the election results affirmed the validity of ‘Modi’s Guarantee.’ He expressed gratitude to the voters who placed their trust in the government.

Commenting on the political landscape, PM Modi highlighted the tendency of opposition parties to make false claims and the importance of connecting with people on the ground rather than relying solely on social media.

Recognizing the significance of women-led development, PM Modi noted the substantial participation of women in the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra. He cited statistics related to the success of schemes benefiting women, emphasizing the government’s commitment to empowering and uplifting women across various sectors.

“PM Modi commended the support of women, youth, farmers, and the economically disadvantaged toward the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra. He expressed satisfaction that the Yatra has provided a platform for citizens to contribute to the nation’s development actively. The Prime Minister encouraged volunteers to focus on health and well-being, emphasizing the importance of water, nutrition, exercise, and adequate sleep for a healthy body”.

The Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra has become a catalyst for positive change, with its impact resonating in every corner of the country. Prime Minister Modi urged everyone, including government employees, public representatives, and citizens, to unite with full devotion to contribute to India’s development. He concluded by emphasizing that Sabka Prayas (Everyone’s Effort) is crucial for India’s progress.

Thousands of beneficiaries, along with Union Ministers, MPs, MLAs, and local representatives, joined the virtual program, showcasing the widespread participation and success of the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra.
