CM Himanta BiswaSarma’s announcement comes as a breath of fresh air for job seekers across Assam, signaling a departure from the nepotism and corruption that have plagued the recruitment landscape in the past. Highlighting the administration’s commitment to transparency, Sarma reveals the successful filling of 100,000 positions over the last 2.5 years through a rigorously transparent recruitment process. Looking ahead, Himanta Biswa Sarma sets ambitious targets, promising an additional 50,000 job opportunities by 2024. This proactive approach not only addresses the pressing need for employment but also reaffirms the government’s resolve to foster inclusive growth and development across the state.
