CM Yogi Inaugurates 106 Development Projects Worth ₹451 Crores

On March 28, 2023, Yogi Adityanath, the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, participated in the inauguration and foundation-laying ceremony of 106 development projects worth ₹451 crores in the Kushinagar district. Kushinagar is an important pilgrimage site for Buddhists as it is the place where Lord Buddha attained Mahaparinirvana.

The development projects inaugurated by the Chief Minister include road construction, bridges, school buildings, community centers, and public toilets, among others. The aim of these projects is to improve the infrastructure in the district and provide better facilities to the people.

During his speech, Yogi Adityanath highlighted the significance of Kushinagar as a pilgrimage site and stressed the government’s commitment to developing the region.
